Working as Engineer in Instrumentation Department in IBRAHIM FIBRES (Polyester Plant) Ltd. Faisalabad. The IFL is a project of Zimmer AG Germany. The plant is equipped with Provox plus Distributed Control System (DCS) using SRX process controllers .
Job Description:
To monitor and handle the job performed in the daily routine as preventive maintenance and emergency handling of unplanned jobs in the given area as in utilities and polymer process The utility area comprises of water treatment plant ,boilers ,chillers, compressors and the polymer process area includes highly instrumented continuous control of system through DCS.
Troubleshooting Experience:
Hands on experience in troubleshooting and problem handling on Siemens PLC S7.
Experience on Emerson process Management Distributed Control System Provox 20 series
Work on the up gradation strategies for the conversion of Siemens PLC S5 to S7, given by the higher management as an assignment
Worked on Human Machine Interfaces TP27 and MP370 panels
Working experience on operation and calibration of different instruments including controllers, control valves , Scintillation counters , Level transmitters , Pressure sensors and many other actuators and field instruments
