• Involved in the upgrade and design of integrated Control and Safety systems (ICSS) for the rehabilitation of PHRC/NNPC Okrika Jetty. Loop counts and analysis, Engineering design/application (for Review) for I/A and Triconex systems, Analysis of third party system and interface.
• Carrying out of data integrity checks (Database, Control and Safeguarding Narratives, Process Cause and Effect Matrix, F&G Cause and Effect Matrix P&IDs` Loops typical, Instrument I/O Schedule and Termination Details, Functional Logic Diagrams).
• Design, Determination and Distribution of Power (AC/DC) consumption based on loop power consumption per I/O Module
• Cabinet design and specification for DCS and Triconex system Using standard I/A and Triconex sizing tools.
• Production of Cad drawings for all related documents and systems.
• Determination of Systems Failure Rate using Standard Sizing tools
• Registering of Internal and External Project Documents
• Total integration for all fiscal records and real time accessibility of these records to all user community
• Maintenance Of controlled document register
• Ensuring that transmittals are acknowledged by all recipients
• Manage documents and drawing review process, internal and external
• Carrying out of Preventive and corrective Maintenance of Foxboro Intelligent Automation systems hardware and software On NLNG Plant.
• Ensuring proper and timely implementation of Simple Engineering Changes, Project Development requests and managing spare parts availability of Instrument systems.
• Involved in project modifications, liaise with instrument and electrical engineers and operations personnel in commissioning and loop testing of new projects and checking loop integrity of existing projects on the LNG plant.
• Carrying out of modifications of compound and block parameters in the integrated control configuration package of Foxboro system in accordance with clients` specification.
• Work with a team of seasoned engineers on display and graphic modifications and configurations of new and existing projects.
• Rebooting of failed Gateways and Nodes.
• Monitoring systems equipments and application software on the network for effective process operations in the plant.
• Updating of Active CUSUM alarms for DCS, SGS and FGS systems.
• Tracking trips, spikes and critical Alarms on IMAC System
