Proven, multi-national experience in Project, Site, and Construction management of complex turnkey projects in the energy sector.
As Project Manager – Site and Start-up, I have extensive experience in construction, commissioning, contract administration/management, financial and administration, personnel / contractor management, liaison with partners / clients and local authority.
In 2001, I advanced in my career to the position of Gas Turbine Leader and Service Director, Maintenance in order to widen my experience in the energy sector. In this position, I had the opportunity to carry out all activities related to the operation and maintenance of a Gas Turbine cogeneration power plant. I had responsibility for the overall technical and financial management including; engineering and technical support, mobilization, planning, cost control, purchasing, and budgeting.
In 2003, I was promoted to the position of Contract Performance Manager. I was responsible for managing the execution of 3 different long-term maintenance contracts, valued at over $400MM, for Power Islands inside Power Plants. My responsibilities included; Customer Relationship, maintenance scheduling, operational financial planning, cost control, invoicing, and technical leadership.
In 2005 I have been promoted to the position of Project Manager for the temporary power and heating supply for the XX winter Olympic games Torino 2006 being responsible for the overhaul management of the project, planning, personnel management, Customer relationship, cost control, budgeting, etc.
When finished the mobilization phase of the winter games, I have decided to change business sector and currently as Project Manager I’m helping to develop the growth of the new Operation & Maintenance business unit (Oil & Gas sector) in a private Italian Company as EPC; following marketing, commercial strategy and Operations of actualized contracts.
