•Preparation of Budget, Forecast and other daily/monthly /quarterly/yearly reporting analysis etc
•Monitoring & analysis of financial entries in ERP system.
•Customer Inquiry processing, arranging quotations from Suppliers, Establishing costing to determine Pricing for the offers. To calculate NPV for financial bids/proposals, arranging guarantees / collateral and other negotiable financial instruments/tools for bid submission & follow-up of the offers and reporting to the BU Management.
•Monitoring actual business figures with budgeted on daily/monthly basis & reporting.
•Handling of Imprest advances of various sites.
•Monthly, Quarterly & Annual closing, office administration and management.
•Handing Procurements & ensure complete logistic processes.
•Execution of other commercial tasks as may be assigned by the BU Management.
