Been a planner provide the good maintenance plan along with the CMMS. Educate and give awareness to the site staff about the CMMS and Maintenance Planning

For Seven years working in GASCO Ruwais as Planner / Maximo Coordinator. From 27th May 2000 to Untill now
Services providing as Planner:
Create the due PM work orders from the Maximo. Schedule the PM and breakdown work orders as per manpower and material availability.Prepared the 4 week rolling plan in MS Project along with weekly compliance report and give it to Planning Engineer.Create the child work orders which required any assistance from other section. (Like scaffolding, insulation removal, electrical isolation, mechanical assistance to reset the deluge valve etc). Prepared the shutdown-planning sheet in MS Project with manpower, material and assistance required from other section.Prepared the daily shutdown report like S-Curve, the jobs, which are planned but not completed from previous day, and the due jobs for the day.Prepared the report like planned vs unplanned job with man hrs and material consumed, backlog work orders and outstanding Purchase Order under each GL Account etc.Generate PFS (Proposal For Stock) and PR (Purchase Order Request) in Maximo for shutdowns and breakdown jobs.
Services providing as Maximo Coordinator
Provide the Maximo beginner and advance level training to the new and old users.Prepared Integrity Compliance Report on monthly basis.Prepared Maximo Report in Crystal Report including Executive Summary, Vital Equipment Performance (Yearly MTBF), Vital Equipment Trip by Failure Type, Failure Class Analysis, Work Type Analysis, Work Estimation Accuracy Analysis, Work Order Analysis & Priority Work Response etc. Checking the Maximo Data Quality on monthly basis that the data are entering or processing as per the business process.Organizing and preparing the data for RAMP (Reliability and Maintainability of Plant) in front of Management.Coordinating with project people for entry of new equipment & plant.Prepared Monthly data entry progress report of new project.Successfully implement my idea of PM hierarchy after approval of Management in ruwias site to improve the MTBM (Mean Time Between Maintenance).
