Description: A project initiated and participated by professors from Colombia University (USA), Beijing University, and East China Normal University.
Responsibilities: 1, Propose to the team of professors a non-profiting educational model based on the cooperation between volunteers and neighborhood committees
2, Build up a branch team to test the feasibility of the model; set up a training center for migrant workers
Achievements: All 27 trainees of the center have obtained basic English competence in listening, speaking and writing Contribute to the success of the project by providing practical proof.

Description: A non-profiting event participated by Shanghai Blood Center, No.1 Tumor Hospital Attached to Fudan University, Baoshan Asylum for the Aged, and Luxun Park; reported by the Oriental Morning Post.
Responsibilities: Plan the event and set down responsibilities for 12 team members
Communicate with four organizations to ensure their participations and supports
Achievements: Recruit 54 volunteers from all walks of life Awarded ?° The Most Valuable Non-Profiting Events of Shanghai International Studies Universities?±.

Responsibilities and Achievements:
1, Full participation in the routine work of sales representatives from 4 distribution channels.
2, Present 4 work reports to assist the manager with the evaluation of sales representatives.
3, Play an active role in winning a new purchaser and in two talks for product promotions.
