Below items are some my responsibilities:
Making material and energy balances of the refinery.
Production Specification Monitoring which contains all products of plant (Condensate, LPG, Sulfur, Ethane, Export Gas, …).
Recording the process conditions of some equipments or units during a defined period of time to find the best parameter of process conditions.
Retrieving the process history of a piece of equipment or units during upset conditions or mal-operation for investigation of the causes.
Recording the history of a process parameter for some special activities like corrosion progress to keep the all equipments in the best condition for working.
Improve or modification of product Quality.
Determine amoun of any chemical injection.

Design and construction of Heat Pipe Heat Exchanger (HPHE)
Design and construction of Heat Pipe Heat Exchanger (HPHE) in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad for Power Plant as a research project. In this project, Goal was optimization of waste heat recovery.

Because of interest in Oil & Gas industries decided to change work and continue study in chemical engineering, therefore started cooperation with research center of energy optimization and minimizing pollution in planning management. Installation of feed gas pipeline of agriculture college of Shirvan with S.K.K. Co. ( 5000 meters of 4”, 250 psig pipeline).
Installation of feed gas pipeline of phase ²², Golbahar suburbs, Mashhad, with S.K.K. Co. (20km of 8”-2”, 60 psig pipeline).

Started working for Yeast company as a production engineer.

Advanced Simulation: Studied in using oil and gas Process simulation software including Hysys, Pipesys, and Aspen Tech Softwares (Aspen Plus, Aspen Dynamic, Aspen Utilities, Aspen properties …) during degree course.
Study of VC (Vinyl chloride) Production unit methods, economic and control structure design as a project.
Study on Reaction-distillation column for chemical processes.
Simulation of HDA Process by Hysys.
Project: Studies on plantwide control (Control structure design for complete chemical plants).
