Seventeen years in drilling operations as Drilling Fluids Engineer in Oil & Natural Gas Corporation, India at Himalayan foot hills (Jwalamukhi - Himachal Pradesh), Krishna Godavari - offshore, Krishna Godavari – onshore, Assam and at Mumbai offshore, Oman under PDO and presently at Persian Gulf of Iran for MI..
I have vast experience in drilling and work-over operations and good working experience in oil base muds, Synthetic base muds, water base muds like Glycol mud, Lime based, Salt saturated polymer muds, Lignite-CLS mud, KCl-K-Lignite mud, low solid KCl – PHPA-Polymer, KCl - Polyglycol and Non Damaging Clay Free Gel–White mud systems. I have been providing technical support to drilling operations personnel and associated with preparation of completion fluids for well testing and work over operations. I have worked as supervisor/well site Mud engineer looking after several rigs operation.
I have good knowledge of all solid control and filtration equipments. I have been associated with drilling of HTHP gas wells, S-profile; high drift horizontal wells, bilateral, multilateral wells and UBD wells.
Preparation and implementation of well program and execution of operations, testing of drilling fluid at site, assisting in cementation, preparation of daily mud reports, inventory and maintenance of chemical stock position is my day to day job. Planning the chemical requirement for each phase, evaluation of drilling reports and mud report for smooth operation. Over the years, as part of my job I have been exposed to quality standards, ISO processes and testing procedures. STOP and PTW are additional safety procedure under PDO, Oman.
I can effectively handle all operational and engineering activities related to Drilling Fluids (Mud / Completion Fluid/Cement) and related equipment in safe and cost effective manners and meet your all needs.
