I am Niyaz Sayed, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Engineer by profession and currently working with McDermott Caspian Contractors Inc for Azerbaijan International Oil Company (AIOC) in Baku City , Azerbaijan . It has come to my knowledge that you have a present requirement for a position of HSE Advisor.
I am a qualified Mechanical Engineer with required safety training and experience in handling all the safety aspects of any projects in OFFSHORE / ONSHORE, DIVING SUPPORT VESSEL (DSV), SUPPLY VESSEL, PIPE LAY BARGE, OIL / GAS FIELDS. I have done all safety courses which are at same level of NEBOSH. I have completed OSHAS 18001 thru BVQ, Baku . Azerbaijan . I also have membership of MIIRSM, IOSH & IRTE. I am result oriented workaholic with a zeal for achieving perfection in whatever I undertake by way of my responsibilities as a SAFETY ENGINEER.

Lump sum contract for the transportation and offshore installation of 57 miles 26” gas pipeline, and 57 miles 12” condensate pipeline, and a 4” diameter MEG pipeline (piggy backed to the 12” pipeline) approximately 57 miles long.
