Work in "Mantrac" as a service accountant in technical office :(from February 2004 till now)
o Responsible for warranty claims and settlements between Mantrac & Caterpillar.
o Providing monthly analysis of warranty claims for all territories.
o Follow up on claims and payments from any reports received from territories.
