- prepare and evaluate costing for repair and service work.
- prepare material prior to repair and servicing work.
- deal with supplier and OEM to ensure availability of material.
- do site supervision to ensure works done as per specifications.
- deal with customer to ensure the quality of product and provide after sales support.
- Project handle :-
1) Repair and reinstall of 1 unit 250MVA 275/230kV at PMU Plentong
2) Replace gasket and service of 1 unit 353MVA 275/20kV at Kapar Power Station
3) Repair of 1 unit 180MVA for Connaught Bridge Power Station
4) Repair of 1 unit 25MVA for Pergau Power Station
5) Repair of 1 unit 240MVA for PMU Connaught Bridge
6) Repair of 1 unit 250MVA for Perwaja Steel, Kemaman
7) Repair of 1 unit 148MVA for Pasir Gudang Power Station (in progress)

AM SGB Sdn Bhd
- prepare electrical and mechanical design of various types distribution and power transformers based on IEC standards.
- prepare a preliminary design and material estimation as per customer specifications for tender purpose.
- produce outline and manufacturing drawings for electrical and mechanical for production use by using AutoCAD.
- ensure design is user friendly, ease to assemble and follow the specifications.
- Project handle :-
1) Design and manufacture of 1 unit 8MVA 33/11kV for SMART Tunnel, Malaysia
2) Design and manufacture of 1 unit 4MVA 11/2x420kV for Singapore Project
3) Design and manufacture of 1 unit 4MVA 22/2x450kV for Amsteel, Malaysia
4) Design and manufacture of 1 unit 1000kVA 11/0.415kV for SESB, Malaysia
