Premier Oil Natuna Sea B.V. (2001 – Current)

Site Engineer (January 2005 – Current):
Working schedule 2 week on and 2 week off in offshore field,
1. Involve troubleshooting on production/process, familiar on gas process plant with refrigeration system and dehydration system using DEG.
2. Monitor rotating equipment performance specially Gas Turbines of Mars and Saturn engine.
3. Involve any major replacement/overhaul such as Fire Water Pump and Engine, Sea Water Lift Pump, Fin Fan Cooler, inner parts replacement of DEG Still Column, trim balance gas turbine compressor.
4. Supervise for mechanical/static equipment job, dismantle vessel, gas cooler.
5. Provide technical data for offshore field management when shutdown job on plant and project.
6. Manage planning activities between offshore and office. Responsible to organise field engineering changes, preparing workpack, data and update result.
7. Coordinate shutdown job and ensure the activity was done properly and successfully.


Site Engineer - On Job Training (March 2004 – December 2004):
Working schedule 2 week on and 2 week off in offshore field,
1. Join in mechanic crew in Anoa field for maintenance, troubleshoot, compilation vibration data of rotating equipment using CSI and RBM software, etc.
2. Supervised to replace inner parts of FWKOD (Free Water Knock Out Drum), i.e: Performax Plate, Pall Ring, TP Vane and others.
3. Assisted trial of water clarifier injection.


Technical Assistant of Production Department (January 2001 – February 2004):
As Wireline Assistant, to supervised BHP/BHT survey, gas lift valve installation, fishing job and also involved to prepare planning and workpack.
As Gas Metering System Assistant, control the commercial and production allocation systems for the gas sales to WNG (Premier Oil, ConocoPhillips and Star Energy). Assisted to supervise gas metering system and calibration. Prepared gas calculation in the event force majeure.
As Technical Services Assistant:
1. Compilation and preparation of the various monthly production operations reports.
2. Executed ECR (Engineering Change Request), to install Spectacle Blinds in Gas Lift Scrubber to secure the vessel during vessel entry permit and to install Insulation gasket to prevent galvanic corrosion between Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel.
