European Perfume Works is one of the leading manufacturers of Perfume Products in the Middle East. Coupled with the strength of the Company in terms of in-house plastic manufacturing and bottle decoration facilities.

The Deliverables;

Design & Development
? Designing & developing of primary packaging material like glass bottle, cap carton, can etc.
? Analysing & developing packaging samples & structures after defining packaging for shipper designing Shrink & stretch wrapping film specification ensuring defined needs for consumer acceptance, manufacturing capability and quality.
? Ensuring feasibility & robustness of package/ packaging process designs, and documents and communicating the technical implementation at the plant floor.
? Overseeing development & implementation of packages and processes including design generation, prototype development, engineering specifications, functionality & quality testing.

Process Improvement/ Optimization
? Undertaking planning and execution of packaging & manufacturing processes for attaining optimum productivity by proper use of resources viz. man, machinery, and material.
? Strategically developing process control specification & standards as well as evaluating change in equipment, machinery, modernization, automation, new concept, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
? Conducting testing and inspection of various processes and equipments for productivity enhancement & preventive measures.

? Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging from Indian Institute of Packaging, Mumbai in 2001.
? B.Sc in Industrial Chemistry Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Marathwadwa University in 1998. Secured 65.4%.

? Introduced standardized system for maintaining testing procedure of packaging material.
? Distinction of establishing quality control standards and procedures to ensure strictly adherence to various standards.
? Successfully implemented various techniques for optimization of packaging material to reduce cost.
? Took initiative to introduce a system of testing of packaging material like scuff resistance test to avoid printing peel off due to cartons rubbing with each other in transit to get good quality ensuring avoidance of customer compliant to get consistency in quality at incoming packaging material.
? Holds the merit of reducing customer complaints in just 1 year in packaging material by taking immediate actions on complaints
? Proposed a scheme of using proper plastic material for cap like PP, Surlyn, and PS etc in perfume packing.
? Obtained a reference letter after completed my industrial training from ITW signode – got from Company CEO (Ms. UMA Devaguptapu).
