„X Achieved successful HSSE performance for 5 000 000 h construction (0 DAFW days away from work, 4 MT medical treatments, and 3 RW restricted work) by implementing stringent policy; early team involvement, scaffolding supplier prequalification, proper induction and training, incentive program. Ranked 2d out of 22 Contractors on the complex.
„X Executed up to M$ 450 units across a wide range of processes: Refinery (distillation, treater, cracker, reformer, isomerization, alkylation, utilities, tankage, SPM, marine loading facilities, pipelines), petrochemical (polyethylene, polypropylene), chemical (maleic anhydride, pesticide), water treatment, wastes incineration.
„X Developed extensive experience in the following continents and countries: Asia (Malaysia, China, and Vietnam), Europe (Netherlands, Switzerland, Scotland, and Russia), Africa (Senegal, Gabon) and expatriated in Malaysia, Scotland and China during 10 years.
„X Encompassed various forms of contracts, mainly EPC, but also Alliance, EPCM, EPMCM, ECM.
„X Conducted all projects below budget. Developed accurate follow-up method in order to avoid subcontracts expenses overrun which led to only 2% extra MTO and 8 % extra works.
„X Accomplished thorough schedule control whereas delivered 2 times plant ahead requirement.
„X Ensured lessons learned from Chinese projects have been fed within the asset. 80 % of the successful practices and 86 % of the opportunities for improvement have been implemented on the SECCO?¦s project.
„X Mentored and coached team up to 800 000 h design and 5 000 000 h construction in a multicultural and multidiscipline environment
„X Promoted taskforces organization with Chinese Design Institute taking into account local methods in an EPC environment.
„X Developed construction feedback method about design quality analysis with associated cost. Defined the areas of improvement such as U/G networks and piping support.
„X Organised the ISO 9001 certification renewal of Lyon?¦s office in 1995. Defined and followed-up the quality milestones: deliver all plants below contractual date, improvement of IT system availability from 76 % up to 81 %, improvement of critical equipment delivery on site from 67 % up to 75 %.
