At present I am working in the Program Management department at SIEMENS Telenor Project. This department is responsible to develop, maintain and ensure effective use of Capri database, Documentation systems, Scheduling, reporting and analysis systems, work flow descriptions, functional descriptions and Project web-pages.

TASKS AND INTERFACES

Being Regional Administrator in the Acceptance & Documentation control group under the Program Management Department, my job responsibilities are as under:

General

Documentation Control And Storage:

Acquiring of Documents.
• Acquire The Documents from the Roll out and other supportive departments.

Quality Control:
• Check it out and Make Sure That the Received Documents have the needed quality and standard according to Documentation Manual.

Procedure Control and Storage:
• Make Sure All Documents are handled and stored according to the procedures.

PAC Folder Control and Submittal:
Check the documents for the scheduled site IDs & induce the departments to submittal of required documents in time.

FAC Folder Control and Submittal:
Recheck all the documents for the scheduled site IDs complete them according to Documentation Manual.

Usage of Capri Database:
• Update the Capri with all received Documents.
• Generate the Reports of current documentation Status and E-mail to the concerning departments.
