June 2004-March. 2006 -Plant Operator –with Tecnimont for ENI Gas BV Mellitah Libya Responsible for precommissioning, commissioning, start-up, normal operations inOil\Gas Plant :
- Two trains process units for oil stabilization, and C3/C4 separation
- Propane/butane refrigeration unit {four screw compressors)
- Storage tanks( two refrigerated tanks for propane , two refrigerated for butane , two floating roof tanks for heavy condensate)
- Waste water treatment unit
- Low low pressure flare system
June 2003- Sept.2003 - Plant Operator – Baker/OTS International Inc. for Burlington Resources Algeria Limited Responsible for commissioning, start-up, normal operations accountable for all activities, in a Gas and oil separation Plant .Plant capacity is 37,500 bbls / day
Sept.2001-Mart.2002 – Area Chief Operator – Bourouge Petrochemical Project , Al-Ruwais, Abu Dhabi (UAE) with Eastern Bechtel Co., acting for and on behalf of Alliance Bechtel Linde. Responsible for commissioning, start-up, normal operations in :-Ethylene Plant including Utility Systems; -Butene 1 Plant
Ethylene Plant capacity is 600,000 t/y Ethylene, utilizing Ethane feed and DCS control. Butene 1 Plant capacity is 28,000 t/y.
Apr.2000-Ian. 2001 -Area Chief Operator-Eleme Petrochemicals, Port Harcourt, Nigeria , in Ethylene Plant, with Foster Wheeler Management Operator LTD-UK. Responsible for all operational activities in Hot Sections. .
Plant capacity is 300,000 t/y Ethylene, utilizing Kellogg Millisecond Furnaces with DCS control and NGL feed.
1995-2000 -Deputy Officer in charge – Petrotel Lukoil SA. Ploiesti, Romania
In charge of all operational activities on the Olefins Plant.
1988-1995 -Cold Section Process Superintendent - Petrotel Lukoil SA. Ploiesti, Romania In charge of all operational activities relating to the cold section of the Olefins Plant.
1985-1988 -Process Foreman - Petrotel Lukoil SA. Ploiesti, Romania
Responsible for all shift operational activities alternatively in Hot and Cold Sections. Ethylene Plant capacity is 200,000 t/y
1977-1985 - Process Foreman – Arpechim SA. Pitesti. Romania.
Responsible for all and operational activities alternatively in Offsites and Tankage Area.
