• Vouching of station daily products sales as well as their cash lodgments
• Confirmation of products supplied to stations and region on a regular basis
• Receiving of alert messages on stations activities
• Preparation of Audit report and communication of such to management
• Analysing of sales, expenses and cash lodgement account
• Verification of assets and record examination
• Preparation of audit report for management review
• Ensuring satisfactory compliance with company's procedures in the conduct of business as well as accounting transactions
• Conducting adhoc assignment across the stations operation
• Minimising company's exposure to risk and fraud
• Review business processes, policies and procedures to ascertain control inadequacies and operational inefficiencies
• Obtain, analyse evidentiary data for activities being reviewed
• Document of findings and recommendations and agree on action plans.
• Document and review audit reports with auditees, follow up on audit recommendations and action plans to ensure implementation.
• Collation of report from various audit report been sent in form region report.
