Result oriented Instrumentation & Control Engineer with 14+ years (12½+ Years in Engineering Consultancies and 1 ½ YEARS academic) experience in Design & Detailed Engineering of Oil & Gas, petrochemicals, Power, Fertilizer and chemical industries. Multi-disciplined versatility with excellent communication skills, time management and analytical skills to anticipate and assess project issues and problems.

> Good working experience in various phases of Projects like Basic Engineering, Front End Engineering Design
(FEED), and Detailed Engineering including Project Co-ordination.
> P & ID preparation and HAZOP study, preparation of instrument specifications, control valve and flow meter
Sizing.
> INTOOLS 7.0
> DCS/PLC engineering activities – (Yokogawa CS 3000, Emerson Delta V , Allen Bradley Process Logics)
preparation of specifications, bid evaluation, I/O list, graphics specifications, cause and effects diagram,
Boolean logic diagram, loop schematics, segment diagram, segment loading calculation and Factory
acceptance test.
> Foundation Fieldbus Instrumentation.
> Safety Interlock review, Instrument Protective functions, SIL study, Hazardous Area instrumentation.
> Field engineering include preparation of instrument plot plan (points and lines), hook up diagram, field termination diagram, cable list, estimation of erection bill of material such cables, tubes and structural steel etc
> Instrument procurement activities such as interaction with vendors, technical evaluation of bids and preparation of purchase recommendation and also shop floor inspection.
> Conversant with procedures suiting ISO-9000 quality requirements.
> Familiar with various National & International Standards/codes such as API, ISA, IEC, ISO, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, NEC, NFPA used in Instrumentation & Control design, SHELL DEP, SABIC /ARAMCO Standards.
> Design calculation of Control valves and flow meters by FLOWEL and ISA, INSTRU CALC
> MS Office, PRIMAVERA
> Academic experience includes setting up of Industrial Instrumentation labs and works shop and involved in all-round progress of an engineering college which is in growth path to achieve high academic excellence and also course in charge of Process control, Power plant Instrumentation and Industrial Instrumentation.
