At Engineering site my responsibilities are: Repair and Maintenance of all kinds of Drilling, Operation and maintenance of all rotating equipment such as compressors, generators, platform cranes, pumps, winches, etc. in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Repair and replace seals and properly align shafts in various types of pumps including but not limited to centrifugal water chemical or crude oil pumps; submersible pumps and injection pumps. Check and set mechanical clearances to comply with OEM specified tolerances using dial test indicators, feeler gauges micrometers, calipers, strain gauges, deflection gauge, etc. Computer literate. Power tongs and other related industrial tools which are used in Drilling and Completion Operations.

Operations Inspector, January 2004 – September 2005
As an Operator Inspector my responsibilities were to maintained quality at ISO-9001, 2000, standards. Inspections of Tubular, Rig tools, Rig equipment, generators and lifting Machines. I was also responsible for maintenance of fleet of 15 heavy & light duty transportation vehicles. Also carried out total paper works regarding Audits of ISO 9001:2000, OHSAS 18001:1999.

Served almost two years and carried out the responsibilities to provide Installation, commissioning, preventive and schedule maintenance of Industrial Generators, including Caterpillar, Cummins, Perkins etc, to our valued customers like Embassies, Consulates generals, Five Star hotels and Multinational Energy sectors companies. I was responsible crew of ten members at Karachi Operation, to support and maintains the service department.
