Shift Engineer – PT3 (Sulfuric Acid Plant Department)
 Involves in the commissioning and construction of 70 MTPD Sulfuric Acid Plant; procurement of materials and, detailed review of Process & Instrumentation Diagrams as well as Piping Layout.
 Supervises, directs and controls workloads of production engineers and trainer and those responsible in ensuring products being manufactured are in accordance with the product quality standards of the company.
 Ensures the effective implementation of daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance program schedules of equipment at sulfuric acid plant, water demineralization, electrolyte bottling and plastic blow molding section.
 Develops and implements ways to improve utilization of resources to increase production and meet production forecasts / budgets.
 Develops and implements production operating procedures for the enhancement of activities in the department.
 Ensures that all machines / equipment are in good running condition and maintained per PM schedule to meet the required production targets.
 Implements and maintains discipline within the department and conducts meeting/ open forum to promote mutual understanding and productivity consciousness.
 Performs other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
 Serves as the Project Adviser of the Section in the Kaizen Program.
