• Identify weakness and take corrective actions
• Set objectives and define adequate strategy (Hiring additional staff, moving key staff and training plans)
• Set a long term development plan where relevant.


2. Corporate Consolidation and Reporting :

• Manage the monthly close and preparation of monthly reports
• Compare analytical results versus budgets, inform management and propose adequate solutions
• Complete Annual and Interim Budget for CAPEX and OPEX
• Prepare regular updates.
• Coordinate departments and assist management in achieving goals and objectives.
• Set Targets and develop individual KPI.
• 3. Business supports :
• Review new contracts, ascertain profitability and margin.
• Assist to different business meetings.
