• Controllership – includes providing MIS Financial reports to Head office, Managers and Shareholders. Monthly consolidation of branches and subsidiaries and actual financial results.
• Treasury - includes banking, short term and long-term financing, Risk management – includes managing financial exposure to Interest and Exchange rate changes and derivative management.
• Budgeting and Forecasting – Global Financial Planning and Budgeting, includes Capex / Opex Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flows and Financial ratios.
• Costing and Pricing for Short/ Long Runs - Calculating of Defined and Applied Factory Overhead, Job Costing / Standard Costing, Variance Analysis, Alternative to reduce production costs.
• Longer term projections - Studies long-range economic trends and projects company prospects for future growth in overall sales and market share, opportunities for acquisitions or expansion into new product areas. Estimates requirement for capital , land, buildings, and an increase in work force.
• Internal / External audit – includes reviewing and analyzing the financial and other records to attest to the integrity of the company’s financial reports and to adherence to its policies and procedures. dealing with tax department, tax return, and different declarations.

• Set objectives and define adequate strategy (Hiring additional staff, moving key staff and training plans)
• Set a long term development plan where relevant.


2. Corporate Consolidation and Reporting :

• Manage the monthly close and preparation of monthly reports
• Compare analytical results versus budgets, inform management and propose adequate solutions
• Complete Annual and Interim Budget for CAPEX and OPEX
• Prepare regular updates.
• Coordinate departments and assist management in achieving goals and objectives.
• Set Targets and develop individual KPI.
• 3. Business supports :
• Review new contracts, ascertain profitability and margin.
• Assist to different business meetings.
