Total 19 years of experience in onshore production field, including last 6 years in present job as a Control Room Operator, holding a Science Degree in Physics & Diploma in Management.

Senior Area Operator in Offshore Associated Gas-M/s ADGAS.
Ø Pre-commissioning / Commissioning / Unit online Operation
Ø The entire OAG involves - Sour gas booster compressor, Five stage Nuovo Pignone feed gas compressor driven by GE Frame 5 / Mark 6 Gas turbine, TEG gas dehydration, MDEA Gas sweetening unit converts the Sour Gas into Sweet gas for fuel to Gas Turbine, utilities such as Nitrogen generation / Air compressors / Hot oil System.
Ø The entire project is to Compress, Dehydrate, and despatch the 210MMSCFD Sour Gas to the consumers at 154 barg. Now the project is at advance stage of commissioning, will be online by May’09.
Ø Involving in various activities such as hydro testing, chemical cleaning, air blowing, tightness test, nitrogen purging, hold test, etc of all the equipments involved.
Ø Involving in Operating Manual preparation, P&Id / PFD identification, TRA (Task Risk Assessment) meetings with other trades, safety training on various scenarios - such as Gas Leak, fire, and other emergency situation.
Ø A dynamic professional with over 10 years in Gulf countries and a total 19+ years of rich experience in operation of Natural Gas & Naphtha based on-shore production field.
Ø Thorough knowledge and adept in handling various DCS Operations by TDC 3000 version R650 Honeywell GUS Operating System, TS3000 Triconex system for Compressor Controls, FSC-ESD Systems, Taylor, Centum.
Ø Excellent networking with Emergency Field Coordinator, Emergency Response Team Member and Aux. Fire Fighter
