ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• In DHL Express (M) Sdn Bhd, as a team of procurement, we have to improve procurement record accuracy. As a result, PR’s and PO’s increased from 45 to 95 percent. Even, hotel lists increased from 15 to 30 percent. Launched new project to refine customer service procedures. Under my wing, the team reached the company’s saving budget through a new savings plan.
• During my worked time with Dairy Farm Giant Properties (M) Sdn Bhd, as a team member, we have to setup new Mall and we managed to finish in two weeks before opening date. Contracts were launched successfully and deposit payments were made smoothly. The procedures and policies to setup the Mall were clearly informed to the tenants.
• As a new starter career in MKH Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd, I have implemented new payroll and accounting systems, which improved tax reporting and corporate consolidations. Created a new system of accounting, which followed the procedure for audit purposes.
