oLaying of underground power cables, jointing and termination/ laying of fibre optics cables from SPDC IA to RA.
oPre-commissioning and Commissioning of SPDC Bonny terminal switch house (HV switchgears, MCC, LV board). 24VDC & 110VDC Rectifier panels, Black start panel, load shedding panel, generator protection panel and solar control console panel with vendor Reps- Solar Turbine and Holech.
oDesign and Installation of earthing system and perimeter lighting system.
oPreparation of material requisitions for electrical equipment such as transformers, medium/low voltage switchgears, cables, lighting system ,DC/ UPS equipment and electrical installations.
oPre-commissioning checks switchgears (11kv &, 415v ), instrument transformers ,Turbine anciliary motors (ac & dc) and MCC.
oPre-commissioning / commissioning of Battery Chargers / Rectifiers & batteries.
oReview of vendor drawings.
oCable sizing calculation and selection.
oPreparation of distribution board/ panel and load sharing schedule.
oReview/ develop electrical inspection test plan (ITP),test sheets and quality control plan (QCP).
oPreparation of technical specifications for electrical equipment such as generators,transformers, medium/low voltage switchgears, cables, lighting system and electrical installations.
oPreparation and review procedure of installation of electrical systems.
oDevelop punch list and review of precommissioning dossiers.
