Development of job packs for fabrication/installation of process/utility piping , HVAC ducts and
installation of Mechanical Equipment (pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, pressure vessels, filters, heat exchangers, air coolers, tanks, HVAC systems and etc.).
Job pack consists of scope of work, drawings, material take off, purchase orders and instructions for Contractor.
Mainly using Codes : Process Piping B31.3, Liquid Petroleum Pipeline B31.4 , Pressure Vessel ASME Section VIII, Div 1, Tank API 650/653 ,NACE, ASHRAE and suitable Soviet, Russian and Kazakh technical documents .
Engineering task for AUTOCAD office , preparation of sketches by hand for GA and ISOs, checking of drawings drafted by AUTOCAD office.
Preparation of piping/mechanical equipment Material Requisitions and checking of Vendor material quotes for procurement department.
Team-work with American and English engineers/designers on projects .
