Piping field engineer on HDPE Project In Marun Petrochemical Complex, Trying to Solve Any Problem during construction, about Piping/ Support Drawings or Field erection or yard prefab, these problem sometimes came mismatch between PID and Isometric DWG’s, some times problems came from PDMS, Designer fault, some isometric drawings not match with Instrument Hook Up ,some times we had clash with electrical/instrumental cable tray /ladder,then isometric drawing’s must be changed according to PID and process description .
After construction we ready our plant for Pre/Commissioning activities, all vendors checked our piping rout around their package and had several punches that I must revised our isometric dwg’s.During my work on Marun complex had several training, project document instruction, and piping supervision, etc.
After Marun HDPE Complex I transfer all of my experiences to Jam HDPE project that had big problems about piping design,I Helped to supervisions for better handling and now we are ready for Commissioning activities, Now I had big experiences about HDPE Plant, about piping/process design and instrument and several equipments,Now I can recognized several designers fault and Roots of these fault, then in our new HDPE Project Kerman shah(Gharb)HDPE,I focused on Our design office on main building in Tehran and should be checked all piping design. Transfer all my experiences to designers ,I ‘m senior team designer ,helped to piping designer for match all routs by PID,
