Job Responsibilities & Description.
Responsible to the Administration & Personnel Manager.
Handling approximately 1800 Employees with different tasks.
Handling matters related to the leave applications, air tickets, and hotel reservation.
Assessing the employees and taking all the details on joining the company and verification of the same.
Handling details of the labour and immigration department in relation to residence, work permits and all renewals, Ev, Vv and Tv and all types of sponsorship transfers.
Giving Manpower Status Report regularly to Admn. & Per. Manager.
Follow-up based on reports taken out, at the start of the month, for expiring Work Permits, Residence Visa, Passports and Health Cards.
Providing details of employees intending to go on leave.
Verification of time sheets and over time details
Handling all Personal Protective Items.
• Follow up matters relating to:
Employees who are jobless.
Employees back from leave.
Employees not reporting to the site.
New Comers.
Employee’s absent from site.
Employee’s under treatment.
Employee’s absconding from company.
Employees disciplinary action.
Verification of employees using company transport.
Accident cases
• Maintaining Database in regards to:
Sponsorship Transfers.
Employees attending Seminars, monthly Safety meetings.
Employees Performance Reports.
Employees going and Back from leave.
Passport issued for making New visas and Renewals.
Issuing of Passports, Cancellations.
Increments.
Manpower Redundant.
Entering of all Petty Cash Bills related to Labour, Immigration, Medical and Miscellenous.
Daily site allocations.
New employees Contracts.
Lost Work Permits.
Telexes.
Sending new/old employees for Testing and follow-up the same.
Verification of monthly Transportation List.
Taking complete backup at the end of each year for Status and Passports Status.
