• Hands-on experience in the petrochemical and oil & gas projects’ execution from Design Basis Scoping Paper (DBSP) to project completion interspersed construction, per-commission and cutover in instrumentation & control system
• Led project construction contractor selection and management, including routine site supervision ensuring quality of work and specification’s compliance Saudi Aramco standard.
• Prepared and monitored cost estimates and capital budgets for prospective projects and acquisitions.
• Coordinated crucial project information between Owners, Design Office GE+ and awarded Contractor in order to deliver the highest quality projects on schedule and within budget.
• Perform a wide variety of engineering and administrative activities relative to project planning, estimating, scheduling, project buy-out, budget administration, and contract administration, procurement, coordination and cost control.
• Utilized technical knowledge and awareness of details to recognize developing problems and employ appropriate corrective actions while continually improving the project management process to ensure the project's success.
• Oversee the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of a wide range of wire drawing machines and preventative maintenance, and quickly respond to ensure maximum productivity.
• Solicited and clarified competitive bids prior to creating, awarding, and issuing contracts.
• Possess strong relationship management and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work under cross-cultural environments.
