PROJECT ENGINEER

My objective to obtain a challenging technical,position as deemed suitable to my skills,to help a successful organization to expand further and to help myself growth professionally and technically to become an effective player in organization.

• Overall Manage and control total function like, personnel, administrative and motivation.
• Coordinate with Divison manager on daily basis related to project development.
• Commitment to continuous improvements and staff competency development.
• Setup Objective for our craft men.
• Decision making & problem solving within the covered maintenance area at the plant site.
• Design team motivation, control and its implementation.
• Project management for shutdown of different plants.
• Coordinate with operation department for any maintenance issue.
• Responsible to give recommendation and execution plan to Rotating and Stationary team supervisor.
• Responsible to make performance report for Rotating Equipment like pumps.
• Fully involved in the maintenance activity like overhauling of Compressors (screw, centrifugal, reciprocating), Steam turbine, pumps, gearbox, fin fan, oil mist generator etc.
• Problem investigation, developing option & giving recommendation for best solution.
• Fully aware about all kind of mechanical seal used for compressor and pumps.
•
• Sound knowledge of installation and commissioning of Rotating Equipments.
• Doing planning for daily maintenance activity (In absence of planning Engineer) using SAP system.
• Responsible to ensure the work is going smooth, compliance with procedure and safely.
• Conduct safety meeting on weekly basis for adhere to safety, participating in safety and quality audits.
