I am controlling oil and gas plant

• Daily reporting and maintain and updating process and export records;
• Compliance with BP requirements and state regulations;
• Monitoring of process and operating conditions;
• Ensuring that all readings and logbook entries are completed and appropriate reports submitted at the end of each shift;
• Ensuring the safety of personnel and equipments by directing on-site inspection, before, during and upon completion of work tasks;
• Applying the operating procedures with full regard to safety;
• Ensures oil, produced water and discharge water specifications are maintained according to the requires specifications;
• Ensuring the Terminal is made safe during an emergency and directs all such remedial activity.
• Writing daily report.
• Continue coaching of new local trainees.
• Ensure that produced water dispatched from terminal to the designate point.

Certified Chemist-Technologist Engineer, Department “Chemical Technology of Fuel and Hydrocarbon Materials” Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, 1994.
From 1995 postgraduate student at the Physical-Chemistry Department and completed study in 1998 and in 1999 Certified Master Degree of Chemical Science, Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.

Involved with dewatering, stabilization, storage and export of crude oil. Implementation Permit to Work System, Gas Test and Isolation Certificates training. Ensuring daily that contractors and workers adhere to the set rules and conditions attached to their activities as described on their permit to work in process areas. I have started-up Fuel Gas Compressor, booster and export pumps from control room and in the field in normal and non-standard modes, receive pig from offshore. I have started up, shutdown, and made alteration to running plant. Reset Emergency and Process Shutdowns (ESD and PSD) from Central Control Room. I have operated vendor equipment (Waukesha-Pierce Fuel Gas Compressor and Solar Turbine), also Heater-Treaters, Feed Separator, and Heat exchangers, Crude oil pumps, Crude oil storage. Commissioning steam boilers to accommodate high wax contents in crude oil. Involved in commissioning of new Feed Separator, Heater-Treater & New steam Generator. Responsible for the daily operations of crude oil treatment plant ensuring compliance with company permit requirements and HSE regulations. Involve in dewatering heater-treaters. Involve in training new intake local staff and help them to bring up to BP requirement level.
