Additional Information
Involved with dewatering, stabilization, storage and export of crude oil. Implementation Permit to Work System, Gas Test and Isolation Certificates training. Ensuring daily that contractors and workers adhere to the set rules and conditions attached to their activities as described on their permit to work in process areas. I have started-up Fuel Gas Compressor, booster and export pumps from control room and in the field in normal and non-standard modes, receive pig from offshore. I have started up, shutdown, and made alteration to running plant. Reset Emergency and Process Shutdowns (ESD and PSD) from Central Control Room. I have operated vendor equipment (Waukesha-Pierce Fuel Gas Compressor and Solar Turbine), also Heater-Treaters, Feed Separator, and Heat exchangers, Crude oil pumps, Crude oil storage. Commissioning steam boilers to accommodate high wax contents in crude oil. Involved in commissioning of new Feed Separator, Heater-Treater & New steam Generator. Responsible for the daily operations of crude oil treatment plant ensuring compliance with company permit requirements and HSE regulations. Involve in dewatering heater-treaters. Involve in training new intake local staff and help them to bring up to BP requirement level.
