Oil and Gas LNG Projects construction
Mechanical site engineer (Static& Rotating Equipments).
Projects: RLX-Project (Tr-5), RGX-Project (Tr-6/Tr-7), AKG2-Project.
Pearl GTL project: starting from 15/7/2009; working as FSI & preservation coordinator.
Activities:
1) Equipments erection: Vessels, exchangers, columns, pumps, compressors.
2) Alignment.
3) Internal activities inside vessels and columns.
4) Package gas turbines and steam boilers.
5) Equipment stages and ladders.
Main responsibilities:
1) Plane own work priorities and activities in line with the section planes and construction schedule.
2) Monitor the supervision of the work being undertaken by subordinates engineers and site supervisors to ensure full compliance with all relevant standards, documents, specifications, and procedures.
3) Ensure that own work is undertaken as per the safety procedures and taking appropriate action and reporting where non-compliance is identified.
4) Monitor data collection systems to provide standard reports as necessary to ensure that superior have the necessary up to date information.
Maintenance shutdowns
Equipment engineer and co-coordinator for scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns, on various occasions within the Ras Gas Existing Plant; undertaken the successful completion and the coordination, development, and planning of activities on an LNG Train shutdown; against critical timescales with positive results; managing various shutdown activities along with the safety requirements (Method statements, JSA's) for the job to be carried out.
