I have a total experience of 25 years in Gas Processing (Amine & glycol treatment) Mol sieve Drying Condensate & NGL Recovery plant, Acid Gas Removal, Ethylene,Ammonia & utilities plant and actively involved in pre-Commissioning, commissioning,operation,startup /shutdown and annual turn around activities. I have been working in Qatar petroleum , Dukhan since Dec.1998.I am working as a General Operator responsible for both D.C.S and field operations of 850 MMSCFD Gas Recycling,NGL & Condensate recovery plant which produces 100000 BPD of NGL and 36000 BPD of condensate. I have operational experience in Honey well DCS and TRICONEX/FSC based ESD,F&G control systems.I have good working experience in operating the followingunits/majorequipmentsProduction wellh eads/injection well heads operations. Slug catcher/pig receiver & launcher operations.
• Turbo expander compressors supplied by Mafi –trench Corporation, USA.
• Gas and liquid Dehydration Molecular sieve and Mercury removal units by
UOP.Acid gas removal unit (CO2, H2S removal by DEA).
• Regeneration compressors supplied by SUNDYNE.
•? DEMAG Injection booster Compressors driven by 12 MW ALSTOM Gas
Turbines.
• DEMAG DELAVAL Injection Compressors driven by 30 MW EGT .
• DEMAG Recycle compressors driven by 20MW NUOVOPIGNONE Gas Turbines.
• Acid gas compressors supplied by NUOVOPIGNONE .
• H.P Demethaniser column (33 trays,38 barg,-61/-47 deg c).
• L.P Demethaniser column(41 trays,24 barg,-59/14 deg c).
• Cold Box unit ( Consists of Brazed fin Aluminum exchangers).
• L.P.Booster compressor supplied by MITSUBUSHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES.
• Fuel and seal gas systems.
