Engineering & Project Execution

1) Developed the MOB cost estimation, scope finalization, development design documents with help design dept, and various other disciple engineers, cost estimation by getting quotation for all material and service works contracts.
2) Prepared the design package including plot plans, details engineering of piping/ equipment with bill of materials, piping flexibility analysis etc.,
3) Planned and scheduled the jobs and materials by raising PO’s for all non stock materials, raising scope of work getting service work request, Bids review, Pre-bid meetings, selection of vendor place PO for various materials initiation work, review of schedule, bar chart, manpower, tools and tackles loading.

Mechanical Maintenance and Reliability:

1. Trouble shot and maintained Fixed equipments (Pressure vessels, exchangers, Piping, tanks etc.,) and Rotary equipments (Pumps, Compressors, Turbines and fans etc.,)
2. Replaced & repaired of Ethylene Cracker coils, TLE’s. cross over piping and Refractory linings.
3. Developed the design package for on line sealing clamps for leaks and cracks, hot tapping and stopple plugging for piping & equipments.
4. Created PM & Lubrication Schedules for all Rotary and Fixed equipments. .
5. Devised of welding specification for all welds repairs for pipes and equipments as per codes and standards.
