AP Local and Foreign purchase and review coding entry:
Pre-code the incoming invoices at the Temp Batch on the system then sending them to the concerned department for approval and final coding.
Reception of invoices from the concerned department and transfer them to a Final Batch if the invoice is not subject to early payment. And if it is subject to an early payment then it will be transferred to the current Payment Batch.
Verifying existence of all supporting document for approval.
Manual checks payment on the system.

Petty cash coding and settlement.

Cash Position weekly report.

Joint Venture Accounts receivable analysis:
Running monthly receivables accounts in order to issue debit notes to the Joint Venture Companies.
Reconcile the receivables accounts with the general Ledger and prepare the necessary entries if there are any adjustments memorandums received from the Joint Venture Companies.

Prepare monthly report of the outstanding Letters of Guarantee and monitor them.

Holding stock accounts of Merlon Mansoura and Merlon El-Fayum Petroleum Companies:
Preparing materials monthly movement entry to different locations from the warehouse and from different suppliers to the warehouse either form drilling stock or project stock.
Controlling loan basis materials and materials issuance for remanufacturing.
Segregating the materials according to the concession.
Reconcile physical inventory to records.
Analysis of stock balance.

Monitor and Preparation of AFE’s “Authorization For Expenditures” and judge against the actual expenditures.
Prepare monthly actual cost versus budget report and report for necessary budget AFE supplement required for underestimated cost.

Holding the Fixed Assets register and segregate them according the concession and cost recoverability.

Auditing and settling compensation advances against Drilling wells, Seismic and Pipelines.
