Work as Mechanical engineer that my responsibility is to :-
oDirect all Maintenance , operation & repair done on the heavy equipment M/c
oEnsure that the equipment is working in proper condition proper time according to project schedule.
oFollowing up operation & maintenance program in projects and repairs in work shops (central work shops + branches work shops) - inspecting equipment input to & out put from work shops.
Work as Technical office engineer that my responsibility is to :-
oDefine the needed plan for equipment & Study all technical tender.
oDefine the suitable equipment needed and the replacement plan for the equipment needed to get out from service.
oExecute training courses program in technical Specification .
Work as planning department manager that my responsibility is to :-
oEnsure that planning, scheduling & following up activate are performed and executed under controlled conditions, Starting from the tendering phase to the project completion. It will indicate project data handling between the planning & project control sector and all other departments
oParticipating in choosing suitable training programs for engineers & technicians
ofollow up rules of registration , selection , evaluation , re-evaluation of suppliers are effectively implemented., Ensure that no complains from purchasing sectors as a result of supplier lists and
oEnsure that the necessary actions are taken as a result of suppliers evaluations
Work as planning sector manager that my responsibility is to :-
oPrepare the Management Review meeting Agenda which shall include a list of standard issues for discussion at each review. These shall form the standard agenda for the reviews, i.e., the standard list of issues which must be considered at each review meeting. The Standard agenda shall include:
„XImprovement opportunities status in achieving objectives.
„XResults of previous meetings and the effectiveness of the decided actions to ensure any significant problems are brought to the attention of Top Management for tacking an appropriate action. .
„XResults of Quality System audits including internal audits and external audits by customers and / or certification body.
„XCustomer feedback.
