• Held responsible to lead 9 (nine) men of the Paper Cleansing Team to clean rough-form-engines.
• Diagnosed any engine shooting problem occurred during the session of production and coordinating and maintain teamwork performance.
 Performed daily and weekly data report to General Manager related with
production.
