Details of Experience:

Responsibility : In-charge of the Project I am handling the following

Procurement:
I have learned by experience Procurement is the key roll in any project and my first duty on any job is to generate the procurement schedule as per the Master schedule and Long lead items.
Liaise with Commercial Manager for sourcing and selection of project permanent materials and Equipment as per contract specification.

Review and forward the material submittals to Consultant for approval and on receipt of approval revert back to Commercial Manager for Procurement.

Coordinate with Site Team for the Quantity and Quality of the Materials Delivered to site and keep track on key materials through out the project.

Construction Management:
Planning is the main role of Construction management. Associate with Planning Engineer to generate Level 3 Construction Schedule based on the Tender Stage Level 1 schedule. Develop the Level 3 Schedule with proper construction sequence and submit to Client/consultant for approval.

Organize and conduct the meeting with construction team and subcontractors for the project schedule meeting. Discuss with them the sequence of works and construction strategy. Observe them and make changes in the schedule if required, with out affecting the project end date.
Organize resources (Manpower, Material & Machinery) for the construction works on daily, weekly and monthly basis, by coordinating with respective department heads of the company.



Keep track on change management and report to commercial Manager and ensure that change orders are approved prior to performance of work. Check and certify subcontract invoices and forward to Commercial Manager for Payments.

Review deigns scope and approach with regard to constructability and submit request for information to Consultant for changes if any.

Keep good relationship with Client, Consultant and subcontractors. Believe in Team works and ensure the project is moving smoothly in the correct track until completion.

Ensuring the project complete to the satisfaction of Consultant / Client and to the budget cost.

Ensure by safety officer that site people comply with established safety policies and procedures and practice safe work habits.
