HR Operations -Recruitments, Employee /Compensation data analysis, comparitive salary analysis, Benchmarks/ and negotiations.
Payroll interface for temp employees, HR process / compliance related documentation, Exit interview and analysis for temps, Hr audit etc.
Employee Relations –Organizing Induction programs, grievance handling, employee meetings, employee communication.
Exposure to Developmental HR areas -competency framework, talent management, rewards & recognitions, diagnostic studies.

Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader was involved into a broader base of Responsibilities like...

• Driving the Team's Focus towards realizing the organizational Goals.

• Tracking each Team member's performance by Reviewing Reports.

• Constant Interaction with Clients in terms of new Requirements, Feedback, and other escalated issues.

• Handling the process of Induction for associates on temporary roles, and educate the concept of Temporary Staffing.

• Business Development in terms of getting mandates from new Clients.

• Basic management activities including Induction, Training and Appraisals of Team members.

• Handling certain key and major accounts and ensuring deliveries with short TAT, Scheduling Client events (Interviews) at both client's and TeamLease Facilities.

• Responsible for Constant follow up and Collections of the Outstanding amount from Clients.

• Reviewing the Team's performance and maintaining the balance between the Revenue and cost incurred, constantly monitor the monthly Profit and Loss statement for the Location.
