Senior Start up Engineer II - Operations Supervisor

Ensuring a high level of safety is maintained in all activities and that a high level of incident/event reporting is maintained Ensuring compliance with environmental guidelines and reporting protocol

Provides technical direction as appropriate to, technicians, crafts, operators,
and others That performs in specific startup support assignments
Responsibilities include creating pre commissioning, commissioning and Start-up procedures and supervision of construction quality control
Ensuring the safe and efficient operations of the DLNG 1 plant and field facilities
Representing the management team in the plant during OFF hours
Providing first line supervision of the operating / Maintenance crew,
Training the DCS, Shipping and field operators in the plant, conducting unit exams and checkouts, and planning job observations
Coordinate alignment of team efforts with the operating strategies
Ensure weekly/monthly safety checklists/inspections and HSSE audits are completed
Coordinating the alignment of team efforts with both maintenance and the off shore
