Responsibilities :

• Primary responsibility to handle and prepare quotation for the customer.
• Responsibility for the design, engineering and project initial/estimated costing.

Work closely with the operational and production teams including the technical assistants, engineer assistants, draughtmen and utilize relationships to ensure that project implementation schedules are met.
• Reply to all correspondence through e-mail, fax,etc. within 24 hours.
• Obtain feedback from customers on product's quality and services through markey surveys.
• Provide technical support to customer whenever respond and respond within 24 hours.

Experience and Achievement:

• Experience in designing safes, vaults doors, fire resistant filing cabinets, data cabinets, locks and security services using related programmes such AutoCAD and Pro-E.
• Experience in design simulations/imaging, skilled in use of internet, software applications including PowerPoint, Word. Excellent oral and written communication skills and knowledge of information technology.

Position : Application Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Primary responsibility to handle and prepare quotation for the customer.
• Reply to all technical correspondence through e-mail, fax,etc. within 24 hours.
• Prepare technical clarification & specification in accordance with the requirement of the project as required by the customer.
• Provide technical support to customer (abroad and local) and respond within 24 hours.

Experience and Achievement:

• Experience in designing, supplying & commissioning the installation of progressive cavity pump for various industries especially for waste water treatment industry, oil & gas industry, food industry, etc.
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2000 QMS and well verse with specifications and standards such as BS, NEC, IEC, NEMA, ASTM, API, etc.
• Exposure to inspection & trouble shooting and test activities for progressive cavity pump equipment during inspection/installation/materials inspection and testing commissioning activities

I've obtained CGPA of 2.7 and had achieved GPA more than 3.2 for two consecutives final semesters and was being awarded Dean Award for two consecutive semesters.My final year thesis was a study of packaging system for fragile product using air transport. In this study, I had conducted a research on how to maintain the product quality after harsh impact during delivery and transportation and therefore identified the best packaging and handling to ensure the product quality is retained.
I possessed skills in communications and public relations and have the ability to handle tough challenges thrown by different types of situations. I am also leader by nature, ability to lead a team, motivate and work in a team as well as individually to achieve personal and business objectives.
This has really helps me in my job as I get the chance to apply my knowledge and skills to assist my superior.
