Procurement Coordinator & Senior expeditor

I'am currently seeking a challenging position enabling me to utilise the skills and experience gained throughout my career.

From 2000 to the present I am engaged in a
joint venture between the Algerian National Oil
Ministry (Sonatrach) and BHP Billiton (Australian
mining company now in oil & gas industry) in the
Procurement and Contracts Department.
My prime responsibility for ensuring that purchased
items are delivered by the promised dates while
verifying that promised deliveries are compatible with
vendor shop loads and that progress is in accordance
with the agreed plan. In addition to expediting
delivery of equipment and materials, also coordinates
the delivery of vendor data and drawings. Items
critical to the project schedule are vigorously and
continually expedited by telephone, fax or email and,
where required, visits to vendor manufacturing
facilities.
Established and maintained records and follow up
files of purchases,shipments, returns of damaged items
and related matters).

2007 Supply Chain Management (French High Institute)
2006 Admitted to the British Institute of Logistics & Transport
2006 /2007 Incident management team training (certified by LINK Associates International
Limited London) UK.
1998-2002 English course / Syken College
1993-1997 University of management: Bachelors Degree in trade (management)
