Professional Experience
In charge of $ 2.25 M/yr Capex. and $ 0.5 M/yr Opex Budget to manage all engineering activities in Marmul, Nimr & Bahja Fields. Leading the Company’s ( Engineers & Supervisors + Technicians + Foremen & Loubers) team “197 members” and 3 different contractors of more than 150 people workforce. Manage all project construction phase aspects such as HSE, Planning, Quantity Surveyor, Estimation & Quoting Rates for any Tender or New services, financial, performance and quality. Coordinate and prioritise all field engineering activities including well hook-ups, Rig locations, and operation supports. Train and develop staff to ensure adherence to competence development programs. Take up a leading role along side the operation coordinator in every day running and management of Marmul and Nimr camp, Assets & facilities and local populous.
• Multi Discipline projects: 1- ODC – C31/ 0604 (sub-contract with Alturki Enterprices LLC of 220.00.00 OMR/year Opex, for period of 5years) Started at 1st May 2005. 2- EMC - C31/ 0606 (sub-contract with Parsons & Arabian Industries (JV) of 350,000.00 OMR/year Opex, for a period of 5 years) started at 26th Nov. 2005. 3- PDO Contract No: C31 /0707 – 132KV OHL Reinforcement North (sub-contract with Larson & Tubro Electromec) – Civil works at PDO North Substations & Overhead Line: 5 steps of 250,000.00OMR in total and a period of 3 months per each.
• Civil & Mechanical projects (short periods): Integrated maintenance workshop, Upgrade/Refurbishment of the camp mess, Services for 3rd parties at Marmul, Nimr & Bahja as well as Qarn Alam, for an example but not limited: Oman Telecommunication Ministry, Oman Education Ministry, Schlemberger co. Truck Oman Co, TOCO, Gulf Turrest Co. OGC, PDO,Galfar, Zubair Kelbatric (L&TE), etc.
• Manpower Supply for PDO Logistics at South of Oman (C31/ 0240): at Marmul, Nimr & Bahja operations areas for a period of 5 years started at 1st September 2002 of (480,000.00 OMR/year).
