Responsible for Foreign and Local Purchase.
Responsible for Receiving Indents from different department around the Plant,
Floating Enquiries to Suppliers (minimum three per indent.)
Receiving Offers from suppliers ,get technical approval on offers ,
start negotiating for Price after making a comparative for all offers received
and last rate this item Purchased with the same quality.
Finalizing and releasing P.O. after negotiating for
payment method, delivery time and delivery terms.
Following for Foreign orders for making the payment,
(Wire transfer, L/C,T/T,DD…etc),also for local orders making advance cheques
Following with stores for delivery date, inspection and to complete document cycle.
Reducing cost by getting substitute for same quality and less price.
Increasing savings by getting less prices than last rate and with same or higher quality.
