Develop organization chart for project, reviews project position descriptions, outlining duties, responsibilities and restrictions for key project personnel. Develop project manpower requirements. Continually reviews project organization and recommend changes in structure and personnel, if necessary. Direct all work on the project that is required to meet contract obligations. Develop and maintain a system for decision making within the project team whereby decisions are made at the proper level. Monitor project activities for compliance with company purpose and philosophy and general corporate policies. Interpret, communicate, and require compliance with the contract, the approved plans, project procedures and directives of the client. Closely monitor project activities for conformity to contract scope provisions.
