1. RECRUITMENT OF EXECUTIVES / CONTRACT EMPLOYEES:
ONCE A POSITION IS VACAT, EMPLOYMENT REQUISITION IS RAISED:
PLACE “AD”, COLLECT APPLICATIONS, SCRUTINIZE AND FORWARD THE SCREENED APPLICATIONS TO THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT. ARRANGE INTERVIEWS & INDUCTION OF THE FINALLY SELECTED CANDIDATES. ISSUE APPOINTMENT LETTER ON RECEIPT OF THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.

2. PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS:
PREPARE AND DISTRIBUTE THE APPRAISAL FORMS. COLLECT THE SAME AFTER DUE COMPLETION. PREPARE A SUMMARY AND PUT UP TO THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT FOR THEIR APPROVAL AND GUIDANCE AS PER THE CHALKED OUT COMPANY POLICY. PREPARE AND ISSUE INCREMENT LETTER AFTER FINAL APPROVAL.

3. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:
IDENTIFY TRAINING NEED – ARRANGE “LOCAL & INHOUSE TRAININGS” WITHIN THE ALLOCATEED BUDGET. IN CASE OF FOREIGN TRAINING, ARRANGE VISAS / AIR TICKETS AND FOREIGN EXCHANGE OF THE SELECTED EXECUTIVES.


4. PROTOCOL SERVICES & ARRANGEMENT OF TRANSPORT:
ARRANGE HOTEL BOOKINGS, MAKE TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS AND RENDER PROTOCOL SERVICES.

5. PREPARATION OF JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
COORDINATE WITH THE DEPARTMENTAL HEADS / SHOP INCHARGES AND PREPARE JOB DESCRIPTIONS.


6. ENSURE MAINTENANCE OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT, PERSONNEL RECORDS / PERSONNEL FILES AND MEET MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENT.


7. UPDATE LEAVE RECORD AND ISSUE DISCIPLINARY LETTERS.
