Alstom Hydro Energia Brasil: Mar-Sep/2006. French EPC Company with Headquarters in S?o Paulo, Alston is the number one in manufacturing of Turbines and Generators for Hydro Power Plants. The 2006 forecasted revenues are around US$ 400MM.
Finance Director; Main Responsibilities:
•Management of all Finance, Accounting (BR/IFRS), Costs, Budget, Forecasts and Project reports

BetunelKoch: from Feb/2004 to Feb/2006. Based in Rio de Janeiro, RJ, BK was a Joint Venture between local partners and Koch Materials Inc (US). The 2005 revenues are around US$ 100MM with solid cash flow and 200 employees. BK is one of the top three on Asphalt supplier.
CFO; Main Responsibilities:
•Responsibility for the Finance, HR, IT, Legal and Administrative areas. Act as the foreigner partner representative and Delegate Manager Function.
Achievements:
•Developed a management report that explained the real situation of the business in terms of finance and market share.
•Implementation of credit police and enhanced collection strategy for old receivables through improved renegotiation processes.
•Thigh control on expenses and costs that together with the new credit police improved cash flow.

Frank’s International: Jan/2002 to Feb/2004.
CFO; Main Responsibilities:
•Responsible for controlling in general, preparation of monthly balance sheet, income statement, management reports, accounting in local and US-GAAP, cost analysis, fixed asset control, administrative and environmental issues.
Achievements:
•Responsible for the acquisition of a competitor Brazilian company that had over one hundred employees.
•Implementation of a new ERP System.

Technip: Feb/1997 to Apr/2001. French EPC Company, for sub sea and deepwater solutions, to the offshore oil and gas industry.
Controller; Main Responsibilities:
•Responsibility for the evaluating of financial and operational performance of several long-term contracts of products and services.
•Responsible for providing all costs for the commercial bids.
Achievements:
•Started the Control de Gestion in Brazil, helping the Project Managers of the long term contracts to understand the financial situation of their projects and take decisions.
