Cost Engineer

To work effectively and productively

I have 15 yrs. of experience in the field of construction industry such as Civil, Arch’l, Structural, Pipelines, Topographic Surveys, Roads, Buildings, Maintenance Works and more on Project Control functions.Can prepare project planning, Cost Controls, project billings, Change Order claims preparation, Quantity Surveys & more on project control works.
For the 6 years of my Middle East experience and also one (1) year in Chiyoda Japan, I was working solidly on Project Controls and specializing Cost Engineering Works. Experienced as project controls engineer with significant know how in preparation of project budgeting, monitoring, cash flows, actual project cost monitoring & prepare cost forecast based on project budget & schedule and preparation of Change Order Claims.
Has the capability to manage & supervise civil related works such as Residential & Commercial Buildings, Electromechanical Projects and other civil related activities.
At present I am connected with Chiyoda Corporation a joint venture of Technip Company in Japan and I am working as Cost Engineer for Change Order claims for the LNG projects in Qatar.
