1. Leading & directing the purchasing activity for the Company, established a supply chain system that ensures right goods, at the right time, at the right place.
2. Supervising sub-contract letting from initial enquiry through to Contract placement for an inventory requirement of over 100 products and items.
3. Development of Suppliers and Sub-contractors to identify and maintain quality and safety standards. Till date there has been 0% defect record & 0% stoppage in production.
4. Procurement of goods and services in the most cost effective way, leading to cut down in purchase costs by nearly 0.3%. Annual cost savings of about US$0.15 million.
5. Preparation and administration of contracts ensuring the Company’s interests are covered.
