January 2007 To till Now: Working in SIEMENS Pakistan for giving support and services to Mobilink GSM, in project of the Mobilink PCO. Responsibilities and major functions are following
Provide required data to Mobilink CS centers and Mobilink franchises regarding Mobilink PCO sets
NMS operation for uploading the Tariffs.
Supervision of repairing LAB and debugging the faults from the sets.
Report completion and forwarding to Technical Manager and Mobilink CS team.
Record maintaining and inventory check.
August 2004 to January 2007: worked as CSC And Lab In charge in Call-Point Dancom (Pvt) Ltd. As being head of Customer Support and Technical LAB my responsibilities are following
Operations and handling for NMS of GSM payphone
Repairing of the major faults in Computerized Payphones.
