Project Manager / Construction Supervision

Obtain a position in a well established company in order to use and improve my experiences, skills and knowledge.

 Manage all constuction supervision works at site from commencement through to finalization including the activities of the consultants, contractors, suppliers, construction, testing, commissioning, completion and handing over from the Contractor to the client.
 Monitoring and report to management on the progress of all project activities within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.
 Oversee establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required
 Direct the site supervision staff, coordinate between the site team and the design team in case of design queries or replies to RFI's & liaise with government authorities to ensure smooth progress and early completion of project.
 Participate in all meetings related to coordination, presentation, technical discussions and Establishe weekly meeting to review project status and formulate action items.
 Technical advising, troubleshooting, research and provide practical solutions to site conflicts and issues
 Implement the construction Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy
 Develop, control and regular maintenance of Quality System Procedures and ensure implementation of the Quality Plan on the Projects.
 Assessment and evaluation of all QC documentation for content and completeness.
 Assist for verification of completed works and suggest corrections that comply with requirements.
 Risk Base Inspection (RBI) assessment and auditing of a site under construction, in compliance with iternationally accepted standards and utilization and use of available project technical specification and international codes and standards.
